Refund, Cancellation, and Dispute Policy

Digital product policy
SineDay sells digital subscription access and digital planning tools. No physical goods are sold through this service.
Refund policy
All purchases are final.
Because access to SineDay Premium is granted immediately after purchase, SineDay does not offer routine refunds, partial refunds, or retroactive credits.
Technical issue review
If a verified technical issue prevented access to the purchased service, the customer must contact support@sineday.app within 7 days of the charge.
SineDay may, at its sole discretion, review the issue and determine whether a corrective action is appropriate.
Cancellation policy
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the billing portal or account settings.
Cancellation prevents future renewals.
Cancellation does not create a refund for the current billing period.
Dispute policy
Before filing a bank dispute or chargeback, customers must first contact support@sineday.app.
If a customer files a dispute without first attempting direct resolution, SineDay may use its records, policy disclosures, Stripe checkout consent, login activity, and service-access records to respond.
No returns
Because no physical goods are sold here, no product return process applies.
